About CREDAWARD
「CREDAWARD地建師設(shè)計(jì)大獎(jiǎng)」創(chuàng)立于2014年，以其權(quán)威性、綜合性、國(guó)際性在業(yè)內(nèi)富有盛名。評(píng)委團(tuán)由海內(nèi)外頂尖學(xué)術(shù)專家和中國(guó)TOP級(jí)具有建筑學(xué)背景的開發(fā)者組成。十年來(lái)，堅(jiān)持嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)脑u(píng)選流程、公開的評(píng)選模式、嚴(yán)苛的獲獎(jiǎng)機(jī)制，被業(yè)內(nèi)譽(yù)為“最具公信力大獎(jiǎng)之一”，并成為業(yè)主尋找優(yōu)質(zhì)設(shè)計(jì)公司的重要途徑。
第十屆「CREDAWARD地建師設(shè)計(jì)大獎(jiǎng)」收到312家機(jī)構(gòu)申報(bào)，共計(jì)746份項(xiàng)目作品。迄今累計(jì)共邀請(qǐng)到35個(gè)國(guó)家和地區(qū)的業(yè)主單位和全球知名設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)參與，參與評(píng)選作品9,147份。
The 10TH CREDAWARD received 746 entries from 312 participating companies. After 10-year development,CREDAWARD has attracted world-renowned design firms and developers from 35 countries and regions with 9,147 outstanding projects to participate in the award.

With the global economic slowdown, we realize that every urban developer, architect and designer is facing unprecedented pressure and challenges.
為了鼓勵(lì)和表彰這些內(nèi)心堅(jiān)持熱愛的設(shè)計(jì)師們，我們突破十年“不變規(guī)則”，首次免除申報(bào)費(fèi)用，以作品為唯一的入場(chǎng)條件，希望打造一個(gè)更加開放和包容的評(píng)選環(huán)境，讓每一位設(shè)計(jì)師都能在一個(gè)公平的平臺(tái)上，有機(jī)會(huì)充分展示自己作品的價(jià)值，為行業(yè)注入新的活力，共同推動(dòng)行業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
In order to encourage and recognize these designers who persist in their passion, we break the ten-year “unchanged rules”, waived the application fee for the first time, and take the works as the only entry condition. CREDAWARD hopes to create a more open and inclusive selection environment, so that every designer can have the opportunity to fully demonstrate the value of their works on a fair platform, inject new vitality into the industry, and jointly promote the sustainable development of the industry.

For participating firms with 3/5 projects or more shortlisted projects, company leaders will have the opportunity to receive personal honor.
# 主創(chuàng)個(gè)人及獲獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)目微信推文宣傳機(jī)會(huì)（價(jià)值3,000元/條）；
The chief designer and winning project will have the opportunity to be promoted through WeChat tweets (worth CNY 3,000 per tweet).

CREDAWARD was initiated by DJSER in 2014 and has been renowned as its authority, comprehensiveness and internationality. It attracts participants from nearly 30+ countries and regions, including domestic and international property owners, development companies, international design institutions, state-owned and private design agencies.
The award invites top academic experts from both within China and abroad, as well as China’s top-tier urban developers with a background in architecture, to form its panel of judges.
