In 2024, every city developer, architect/designer experienced unprecedented pressure and challenges. However, 10th CREDAWARD Ceremony ushered in the largest grand occasion in a decade. Over 1,100 global industry executives gathered, not only to fulfill the ten-year anniversary, but also to overcome the difficulties in the industry for the design that they love.

Since initiated in 2014, DJSER has consistently empowered the innovative design in the pursuit of excellence. Over the past decade, DJSER has served the industry, built the platform, created opportunities for industry leaders’ sharing, and prompted the industry development. DJSER has received widespread recognition and unconditional support from numerous city developers, outstanding architecture design firms/architects, landscape architects, interior designers, and lighting designers from both domestic and abroad.

(IM Sinoexpo), and CREDAWARD will be fully operated by IM Sinoexpo in the future. 「CREDAWARD地建師設(shè)計大獎」由地建師DJSER主辦的國際性設(shè)計大獎，創(chuàng)立于2014年。因其權(quán)威性、綜合性、國際性在業(yè)內(nèi)富有盛名，每年吸引近30+國家和地區(qū)的海內(nèi)外業(yè)主、開發(fā)企業(yè)、品牌業(yè)主、國際設(shè)計機構(gòu)/國有院/民營設(shè)計機構(gòu)參賽。
大獎邀請海內(nèi)外頂尖學(xué)術(shù)專家和中國TOP級具有建筑學(xué)背景的城市開發(fā)者組成評委團，秉承“建筑審美、環(huán)境優(yōu)先、用戶體驗、經(jīng)濟效益”16字評價標(biāo)準。十年來，堅持嚴謹?shù)脑u選流程、公開的評選模式、嚴苛的獲獎機制，被業(yè)內(nèi)譽為“最具公信力大獎之一”，并成為業(yè)主尋找優(yōu)質(zhì)設(shè)計公司的重要途徑。
「CREDAWARD地建師設(shè)計大獎」作為綜合性設(shè)計大獎，匯聚全球優(yōu)秀設(shè)計、推動行業(yè)設(shè)計提升、促進行業(yè)生態(tài)鏈健康發(fā)展，引領(lǐng)未來城市發(fā)展之路，促進社會可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
CREDAWARD was initiated by DJSER in 2014 and has been renowned as its authority, comprehensiveness and internationality. It attracts participants from nearly 30+ countries and regions, including domestic and international property owners, development companies, international design institutions, state-owned and private design agencies.
The award invites top academic experts from both within China and abroad, as well as China’s top-tier urban developers with a background in architecture, to form its panel of judges. The award adheres to the evaluation criteria of “architectural aesthetics, environmental priority, user experience, and economic efficiency.” Over the past decade, CREDAWARD has maintained its rigorous selection process, an open and transparent selection mode, and strict award mechanisms, CREDAWARD is widely regarded in the industry as one of “the most credible awards” and has become the important way for project owners to find a quality design firm.
As a comprehensive design award, CREDAWARD brings together outstanding global designs, promotes the advancement of the industry, fosters the healthy development of the industry ecosystem, guides the future path of urban development, and contributes to social sustainability.
